Account, credits, payment, OpenAI, and saved media help
Google sign-in fails
Confirm that Chrome allows extension sign-in and that the selected Google account has a verified email. Cancelled authorization does not create an account. If the extension reports that sign-in is unavailable, the deployed OAuth client has not been configured.
Credits are missing after payment
Return to the extension and refresh account status. Payment confirmation can take a short time because credits are granted only after a verified Stripe webhook. If the balance still does not update, use the contact method on the Chrome Web Store listing and include the LookRecipe order number. Never send card details.
Cloud analysis or generation fails
Check your internet connection, sign-in status, credits, and cloud storage usage. Retry after the current task has finished or failed. Failed and cancelled tasks release reserved credits. If the error includes a request ID, include it in your report; do not include images, prompts, tokens, or API keys unless explicitly needed.
Images saved by earlier local versions
Keep the previously paired local bridge running on the original device to read its saved images and tasks. To analyze an image or generate a new result, upload the original image to OpenAI cloud. Never share a local pairing token.
Selection is unavailable
Use a normal HTTP or HTTPS page. Chrome internal pages, the extension store, and some protected pages do not permit script injection.
Delete data or account
Delete individual local items or clear history in the library. Delete the cloud account from settings by entering the confirmation text. Account deletion does not erase local libraries on other devices and may retain legally required billing records.
