Service and accounts

You are responsible for your Google account and for activity initiated from signed-in installations. Do not share app sessions or local bridge pairing tokens. Cloud AI and purchases require an active account; local collection does not.

Credits

Credits are a non-cash, non-transferable usage unit for LookRecipe cloud AI. Purchased credits do not expire. A task reserves its listed cost when submitted, consumes it only after a result is safely stored, and releases it when the task fails or is cancelled before completion. Local collection does not consume cloud credits.

Payment, tax, and refunds

Credit packs are one-time purchases in USD. LookRecipe provides the service. Stripe processes payments through secure hosted checkout. The final total and available payment methods are shown before payment. Contact LookRecipe support with your order number for refund requests. A successful return page does not grant credits; only a verified payment webhook does. When a full or partial refund succeeds, credits are withdrawn in proportion to the cumulative refunded amount, rounded up to a whole credit. An insufficient balance or suspicious activity may place the account under review.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful or abusive content, infringement, deception, security bypasses, attacks on providers, automated quota abuse, payment fraud, or refund abuse. You must have the right to use submitted images and prompts.

Availability and changes

AI output can vary and may be rejected by provider safety systems. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, unique, or fit for a particular purpose. Packages, task costs, providers, and limits may change prospectively; the extension shows the current server catalog before purchase or submission.

Cloud image storage

Free accounts receive 250 MiB of cloud image storage. The allowance is 1 GiB while an account has at least one paid order that has not been refunded, and usage is combined across linked installations. New uploads or generated results may be rejected when the applicable limit is reached. Existing images remain subject to the stated retention and deletion rules.

Deletion and retained records

You may delete the cloud account in settings. LookRecipe may retain minimal billing and security records where legally required. These terms do not override mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
